“How do I report a referee for being racist? What if that referee is also the organizer, and head referee?”

“I’ve had the same referee for every pool and almost every DE this season. Is there anything I can do about that? He doesn’t seem like a bad guy, but I feel like he calls things against me because he doesn’t like how I do them. What can I do?”
